Hot and cold drinks, along with various snacks, are available in the Wild Cattle Pavilion. Please feel free to bring along a picnic and enjoy it in our fabulous surroundings.
There is a Cafe next door at Chillingham Castle. The Café is located in the former Minstrels Gallery. This is a completely separate operation from the Chillingham Wild Cattle. It is open daily from 12 noon until 4:30 pm. Specialities include the bacon, Brie and redcurrant jelly sandwich or the very popular sausage, crispy onion and mustard bap. Traditional afternoon teas of home made scones are served with clotted cream and strawberry jam. All hams, soups, quiches, cakes and biscuits are made, on the premises, using only the freshest locally sourced ingredients. There are gluten free and vegetarian options.
Children’s lunch boxes are also available.
Hot drinks are Northumbrian Tea, Pumphreys coffee, hot chocolate, and speciality teas by Teapigs.
